Guidelines and Eligibility

Through the generosity of the Fairfield County Community Foundation Fund for Women and Girls and The United Way.  MHA can provide loans to pay for security deposits to qualified families seeking to rent an apartment in Norwalk.   

·        Female head of household

·        Total household income under 80% of the area median income.

Norwalk - $89,200  for a family of 4

·        Participation in MHA Financial Education course

·        Currently Employed
