Through
creative approaches to funding, aggressive pursuit of land and
properties for acquisition, and strategic collaborations with other
non-profit organizations, MHA has created an active and diverse housing
pipeline in Fairfield County, representing over 300 units and $40
million in new development activity.
MHA’s housing development
activities represent a continuum of housing options including
homeownership, rental, senior and supportive housing units. New
construction and historic rehabilitation are represented, as is the
preservation of existing affordable units. MHA’s development staff
provides a full range of development services from project conception
through construction.
