Making Fairfield County Affordable Again

 

MHA’s mission is affordable housing   At West Side Commons, MHA’s newest condominium community in Stamford, home prices ranged from $125,000 to $185,000 for 1-3 bedroom units.  Families with incomes as little as $25,000 were able to achieve the American Dream of Homeownership in Stamford – one of the most expensive housing markets in the country.  At MHA’s rental communities, the impact is even more dramatic with an average 3-bedroom apartment renting in Stamford for $727 compared to a market rent of $1,873 – representing an annual savings of $13,750 to the average Mutual Housing family!
